Throughout my career I've worked with global giants like Hilton, to SMEs that have grown from 10 to 300 people, to solo entrepreneurs just starting out.
My experiences have blessed me with the ability to apply my skill set across a variety of industries. Whether it was working with privately held companies or publicly traded giants, one thing always rang true to my abilities, being really good at identifying problems and helping find the solutions.

Keeping a fluid approach allows me to work with a perfect balance of being proactive and reactive to identify the right solution. I understand that business isn't linear, and curveballs are often thrown in the mix! This approach allows us to constantly assess priorities and focus as we work together.
My inquisitive nature means I'm always asking questions, often those that others are too afraid in your business to ask.

Who am I outside of the office?
When I’m not helping businesses thrive, you can find me spending time with my husband, two children and crazy Golden Retriever, Wilson!
I’m often tap dancing around the kitchen between calls.
I don’t drink tea or coffee - I know, I know!
I regularly go to see stand-up comedians, nothing better than a good belly laugh.
Cut me and I bleed chocolate, it's practically my lifeline!
